Cleaned native wattle seed

The Seed Services team have done an incredible job this year considering the on-going dry conditions, which is impacting on seed quality and production.

A total of 245 kg of seed was collected across the catchment, with recently renovated seed production areas (SPA) contributing to 130kg of the total amount harvested.

We will be establishing a new SPA this year, bringing the total of active SPAs to 17. Our SPAs play a vital role in ensuring we meet future demand for seed.
