Our offices are open to the public, however we are continuing to offer contactless services to our customers. You can continue to interact with us online or call into your local office. We know these times can be uncertain and we will continue to be here when it matters, whether face to face or digitally.

Our contactless services will remain available for all customers. These services include:

COVID-19 update

Local Land Services offices are open for business. We continue to provide essential on-ground services, such as biosecurity, bait collection, animal health and emergency management where safe and practical.

As we continue to navigate through the pandemic, our number one priority is to keep everyone safe and do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. If you are unwell, please use our contactless services.

Visiting our offices

Our offices are open to the public and we are excited to welcome you back.

To ensure our specialist staff are on hand to work with you, please call ahead on 1300 795 299 to make an appointment before visiting your nearest office.

If you are preparing to visit a Local Land Services location, we ask that you follow the NSW Health guidelines and:

  • Practice social distancing and good hand hygiene.

Essential services

When engaging with our staff who are still on the ground carrying out essential services, including emergency animal and plant disease field work, we ask that you take measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, practice good hand hygiene and social distancing.
