Greater Sydney Local Land Services owns Loyalty Road Flood Retarding Basin (LRFRB) in North Rocks, Sydney. The purpose of this structure is to mitigate flooding in Parramatta CBD and surroundings.
Dam Safety NSW is the independent regulator responsible for ensuring dam owners manage the safety of declared dams in NSW. The dams safety legislation requires all declared dam owners to publish an Annual Dams Safety Standard Report for their dam.
