I'm a mother of two - with my son forging a career in the livestock industry and my daughter looking also to study agriculture and animal science, so I keenly feel how important it is for the furthering of sustainable agriculture to involve young people. I feel also that we need to form creative partnerships to achieve real change and to support land managers to manage their land sustainably. Engaging all types of land managers and stakeholders is needed for this to occur. I'm a great listener with a strong sense of equity and inclusion and a fierce community advocate.
