Rural landscape program

The Rural Landscape Program is a joint initiative between South East Local Land Services and WaterNSW (formerly Sydney Catchment Authority).

The program aims to assist land managers within targeted Sydney drinking water catchment areas to protect and improve water quality. This program is supported by WaterNSW.

A range of land and water management practices are supported, including fencing waterways, planting native vegetation, stock crossings and alternate stock water, improving grazing practices to maintain ground cover, and managing erosion.
