Grants and funding
Natural Resource Management Grants
Greater Sydney Local Land Services undertakes a range of natural resource management and sustainable agriculture programs with funding from the NSW and Australian Governments.
Grants are available to landowners and land managers to improve the management of natural resources.
The Greater Sydney Local Land Services Grant Guidelines 2023 – 2026 have been produced to assist landowners and managers in completing the Greater Sydney Local Land Services (GS LLS) grant application form and drafting a well-considered and cost-effective proposal to an assessable standard. We strongly encourage landholders to get in touch with your LLS to express your interest in applying for funding.
The grant guidelines describe the eligibility criteria and activities that can be undertaken within the grant.
Grant applications can be submitted at any time by contacting your LLS Officer or emailed to gs.service@lls.nsw.gov.au
Once an application has been received, an LLS officer will be in contact to discuss the application and the date of the next assessment panel.
The following individuals or organisations are eligible to apply:
- Private landowners on properties greater than 2 ha
- Local Councils, State Government Agencies and NGO’s with project outcomes greater than 2 ha.
