If you require service in person, appointments are our preferred option, as our staff are often out delivering services on the ground. Appointments are available Monday to Friday. Making an appointment gives you personalised service. We can ensure we have the right staff available, ready with the information you require, and sufficient time allocated to service your enquiry.

Without an appointment, you can still drop into our offices during reception opening hours. Our Lismore, South Grafton, Coffs Harbour and Kempsey offices are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 8.30am and 2pm. For our Casino office, this is on Wednesday and Friday between 8am to 3pm. Please note that commencing from Friday, 2 July 2021, we will relocate our Casino office to the Northern Rivers Livestock Exchange, Dargaville Drive, Casino.
