Bruce Lyle, Yorklea
Bruce is a land manager and beef cattle producer who, with his family, has run stud and commercial Angus cattle at Yorklea near Casino for over 30 years. Bruce has a background in agriculture, business management and is particularly interested in maximising production sustainably. Bruce is also actively involved in local producer groups and initiatives. This is Bruce’s first term on the North Coast Local Land Services Board.
When asked why he nominated to be on our board, Bruce said “My representation stems from a sustainable land management and animal production perspective. I bring to the board a balanced input of real-world producer reality with a sound business acumen. Essentially, producers want value for money, meaningful trustworthy advisory and Biosecurity services backed up with timely ongoing support.”
