Register your interest for a free pest animal workshop or webinar
Farmers and landholder groups are being invited to attend a free online workshop about monitoring and controlling pest animals, including feral deer, between November and April. Staff from the Department of Primary Industries and Local Land Services are offering information sessions (including online and face-to-face workshops) to support landholders wanting to learn about the latest tools for controlling pest animals.
Topics covered in workshops:
- Using control techniques (such as trapping)
- Monitoring and recording pest animal activity
- Using wildlife cameras to detect pests
- Identifying feral deer species
- How to get involved in control programs
