Prograze Course - Expressions of Interest

Are you looking for more profit from your pastures and grazing system?

North Coast Local Land Services is seeking expressions of interest from producers looking to refine their pasture and livestock management skills through the PROGRAZE course.

Beef producers can learn how to gain more profit from pastures and grazing systems through PROGRAZE, a recognised, industry-leading training course based on proven principles of pasture and livestock production.

PROGRAZE is designed to help producers:

  • Develop practical pasture and livestock assessment skills, and
  • To use these skills to improve the profitability and sustainability of grazing systems on their farms

North Coast Local Land Services are currently seeking expressions of interest from producers on the North Coast that would be interested in participating in this group-based program. There is an opportunity to participate in one of three areas:

  • Northern (Casino, Lismore)
  • Central (Grafton, Dorrigo)
  • Southern (Macksville, Kempsey, Port-Hastings)

PROGRAZE will be run over 8 half day workshops, usually 4 weeks apart or timed to suit the group’s needs.

The first workshops will be held in August 2023 and will be completed February 2024 or sooner.

Expressions of interest close July 21, 2023.

Complete the PROGRAZE online registration form.
