Regional Natural Resource Management Plans

Through direct action and investment, partnerships and collaboration, Local Land Services works with land managers and the community to adopt evidence-based natural resource management (NRM) practices that support healthy and resilient landscapes.

Each Local Land Services region has a strategic NRM plan that prioritises long-term action and NRM service delivery. These plans ensure that investment is based on the best available scientific, economic and social information, and have been developed in collaboration with land managers, industry, and community groups.

The plans take into account the Australian Government and NSW Government priorities relevant to each Local Land Services region and are closely linked to the outcomes in the Local Land Services’ Natural Resource Management Framework 2021-2026 and NRM directions set by Local Strategic Plans.
