Introduction to Farm Forestry

Are you new to Farm Forestry or seeking ways to diversify income on your property?

Get started with tips on sustainable native forest management. We have engaged Private Forestry Service Queensland (PSFQ) to hold an interactive field day for landholders.

Explore an operational private native forest and gain insights into long-term sustainable forest management for overall health, productivity and profitability of farm enterprises and rural and regional communities.

PSFQ are a not-for-profit association who are an industry leader in private native forestry management and hardwood plantation development. They have over 20 years’ experience and are passionate about improving the quality and viability of the private native resource in Australia. You can find out more about PSFQ on their website.
