COVID-19 update

As per the latest updates from the NSW Government, some areas in regional NSW will have stay-at-home orders lifted, meaning Local Land Services offices in those local government areas (LGA) will re-open to the public.

Regional locations where restrictions have been lifted

Local Land Services offices in LGAs where restrictions have been lifted can welcome customers back to the office, with COVID-Safe measures in place.

If you are planning on visiting your local office, we ask that you call ahead as some staff are working between home office settings and Local Land Services offices.

Calling ahead not only ensures the staff member you wish to see is in the office on the day, but it also allows our friendly customer service team to connect you to available contactless services.

To check if your LGA is under stay-at-home restrictions, visit the NSW Government website and view their regions under stay-at-home orders map.

In LGAs where stay-at-home orders still apply, our offices will remain closed with staff working from home office settings.

With the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation across NSW, we are hoping to be able to welcome you back to the office shortly. In the meantime, we’re still here when it matters with contactless services available.
