Soil and Water Management and Cultural Heritage Protection TAFE NSW Training

This course provides knowledge and skills in how to manage soil erosion and implement pollution prevention measures for forestry operations. Students will also learn about identifying and protecting cultural heritage sites, including Indigenous cultural heritage.

Overview

This course will cover four nationally recognised units of competency:

  1. Environmental protection procedures in forestoperations (FWPCOR2209).
  2. WHS procedures in forest operations (FWPCOR2210).
  3. Comply with soil and water protection (FWPCOT3314).
  4. Cultural heritage protection in forest operations(FWPCOT3324).
