Healthy waterways on your farm

South East Local Land Services is offering this FREE workshop.

Rivers, creeks, and wetlands are often the most productive parts of farms and are extremely important for biodiversity.

This workshop will be held on farm, where the land managers have implemented practices to improve waterways for livestock and biodiversity benefits.

Topics will include;

  • What does a healthy waterway look like?
  • What are the benefits for stock health, production and biodiversity?
  • practical advice for protecting your waterways
  • learnings and recommendations from the land managers

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
