Central West Local Land Services invites you to join them to learn about the iconic Glossy Black Cockatoo, its specific habitat requirements and how to plan a successful revegetation project on your property.
Jayden Gunn, Project Co-ordinator, Birdlife Australia for the Central West will provide information on the species ecology, Glossy feeding and breeding behaviour, identification feed tree identification and more
Dominic Nowlan Local Land Services will cover the following revegetation topics:
- Production benefits and design
- Planting preparation and species selection
- Gadgets to make planting easier
- Maintenance post planting
- Direct seeder demonstration
- Native plants suitable for Glossy’s as giveaways.
