The Local Land Services Board is a dedicated team who work to better the lives of NSW landholders and farmers through decision making, objectives and responsibilities.
The Local Land Services Board Chair, Richard Bull, is a sheep producer and agricultural consultant who has lived on the land his entire life.
Richard has more than 16 years of experience on the NSW Legislative Council and was an inaugural member of the Murray Local Land Services Board. He was also appointed Chair of the Murray Local Land Services Board in 2017.

During Richard’s time on the Local Land Services Board, he has been involved in reviewing projects including the:

- Lamb Lot-Feeding.
Richard’s involvement has funded projects totalling $450 million over 10 years and continues to better the future for NSW farmers and landowners.
