Looking into landscape management workshop (Fords Bridge)

Landholders are invited to come to this workshop that will offer an insight into landscape management options that can:

  • help to increase productivity
  • improve the properties natural resource base
  • provide greater biodiversity
  • enhance the resilience of the property.


Dr Judi Earl

Judi has extensive experience in how grasslands and pastures respond to grazing and fertility management and is a widely respected speaker on these matters.

Through her consultancy business, Agricultural Information and Monitoring Services, Judi’s main area of interest is working with land managers to enhance the condition and productivity of their land through understanding ecosystem function and more effective utilisation of available resources.

Dr Sarah McDonald

Sarah will be speaking about the Rangelands Living Skin project which focuses on regenerating the NSW rangelands to support production now and into the future. The project is being supported by the NSW Department of Primary Industries and supported by Meat & Livestock Australia, Western Local Land Services and other stakeholders.

Please register by 10 May for catering purposes. Following the morning theory session, a paddock walk will be undertaken after lunch. This project is supported by Western Local Land Services through funding from the Australian Government's National Landcare Program.
