Drought guide
While dry times come and go, nothing can fully prepare farmers for drought. Over the last few years, parts of NSW have experienced hard winters, high temperatures and low rainfall over summer and autumn.
Local Land Services staff have been assisting landholders in managing livestock and pastures as the seasons have worsened. We will continue to work alongside farmers to cope through these tough conditions.
