Local Land Services customer portal coming soon!

Local Land Services are committed to putting our customers at the centre of everything we do by connecting with you through consistent, digitally enabled business processes.

From mid-2020 we will be transforming how we interact with our customers with the launch of a new online customer portal.

The online customer portal will enable you to access our services at any time and from anywhere. You will be able to manage your land, in your time!

With the launch of the portal you will be able to:

  • register for events
  • apply and pay for permits
  • pay your rates
  • view your full rates and permit history
  • manage your Property Identification Codes (PICs)
  • apply for grants and so much more.

Your online customer portal will also be fully customisable to the information you want to see or the services you use regularly.

The launch of our online customer portal will provide you, our customers, with an additional way for you to do business with us. However those that are not yet comfortable online or prefer to speak with our friendly staff on the phone or by visiting one of our offices will still be able to do so.

Additional online customer portal information and customer demonstrations will be rolled out at events and field days in 2020.
