Covid-19 update

With NSW reaching the 80% vaccination rate, we are looking forward to getting back to business and welcoming you back to our offices in a COVIDSafe way.

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, we ask that you follow the NSW Government health guidelines when visiting a Local Land Services office or depot.

  1. Be fully vaccinated and be ready to show your COVID-19 vaccination certificate should you be asked.
  2. Wear your mask in all indoor settings.
  3. Check in with the Service NSW QR code upon entry to the office.
  4. Practice social distancing and good hand hygiene.

Visiting our offices

When visiting our offices, we ask that you please follow the NSW Health guidelines and respect our staff while carrying out the NSW Public Health Orders.

Some of our staff are still working between home and office settings so we strongly encourage you to call ahead on 1300 795 299 and book an appointment before visiting. Calling ahead not only ensures the right staff are in the office when you arrive, but also allows our friendly customer service staff to connect you with the right person if you are unsure who to speak to.

As we navigate through this reopening, we have kept the same contactless services available for all our customers. If you are still in the process of getting fully vaccinated, you can stay connected with your local team through:
