Our offices

Regional - These locations have staff available across most of our service areas including customer service, biosecurity and animal health. Our staff can provide baits and process electronic and cash payments at these offices.
District - These locations have staff who work in the field and may not be available at the office at certain times of the day. There are customer service staff available in these offices so please call ahead to arrange a time to meet with our team.
Local - These locations are open by appointment only. Please call us on the office number or 1300 795 299 to make an appointment.

The Dubbo office car park is currently undergoing construction. This work is planned to commence in early June and be completed by August 2023, weather permitting.

Customers and other external vehicles are asked to park in the eastern carpark between the building and service station during this time.
