Farm Business Resilience Program

The Farm Business Resilience Program is a new program to help farmers, farm managers and their employees prepare for and manage risk, adapt to a changing climate and improve their business’ economic, environmental and social resilience. LLS is supporting DPI in the delivery and together, we will soon be rolling out workshops, business coaching, networking events and resources across NSW.
Business Coaching: what do you get?
1 hour of one-on-one coaching via phone or video every fortnight
11 months of support from your coach
Phone and email support from your coach
4 x group coaching workshops
4 x farm tours of participant's farms.
Cost: For small scale farm businesses with a turnover less than $50k annually, this program is offered at a subsidised rate of $440 including GST. Businesses with a turnover of over $50K annually the subsidised rate is $1,500 including GST. (Market value of coaching program $25-30K per farm).
The farmers that have done coaching in the past say the impact on their business has been profound. The coach's support and guidance has really helped them. It's given them confidence, helped them make decisions and get organised.
